Regularly updated patient access data is available for all VA Medical Centers and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics including average wait times, number of patients waiting for a scheduled appointment and number of patients that cannot be scheduled for an appointment in 90 days or less. The Coatesville VA Medical Center provides the highest quality primary care, mental health and specialty care as quickly as possible.
Appointments are generally available Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm with some availability on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.

- To schedule an appointment for audiology, call 610-383-0217.
- To schedule an appointment for mental health, call 610-383-0295.
To confirm, cancel, reschedule or review upcoming appointments, call the Automated Appointment Management Center 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 610-380-4357 or call 610-384-7711 and select option 1. You may also manage appointments through the Call Center and online at MyHealtheVet.

VA's Veteran Appointment Request app is available at select locations. The app makes it possible for Veterans to self-schedule primary care appointments and request assistance in booking both primary care and mental health appointments at the VA facilities where they receive care. In addition to scheduling appointments, Veterans can use the Veteran Appointment Request app to track appointment details and the status of requests, send messages about requested appointments, receive notifications and cancel appointments.
