Public transportation is accessible through the Thorndale and Downington SEPTA stations. Transportation from the stations to the medical center may be available and can be found through the Transportation Management Association of Chester County (TMACC) or through a taxi cab service.

Veterans, Visitors and Volunteers:
All employees, Veterans, volunteers, vendors and contractors will need to show a photo ID and will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms upon entry to the campus. Our response to the coronavirus requires us to adjust access to the campus and the way we deliver some of our services and programs until further notice. COVID-19 screening will occur at the parking lot D entrance, note the South Entrance or Front Hill from Business Route 30 and the main gate are closed.

Veterans
Veterans may be accompanied by one additional person to their appointment. Everyone must have photo ID and should bring their own mask if possible. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided.
Visitors
Visitors are not permitted on campus at this time. This includes, but is not limited to, family, friends, personal rides, and taxi-like services. Veterans entering the campus are permitted one escort or guest. These restrictions extend to our residential programs located in the domiciliary facilities, Grant and Per Diem Programs, and Community Living Center (CLC). The only exception is for family members of hospice patients who coordinate approval with the CLC staff in advance.
Volunteers
Volunteers should call the office at 610-384-7711, ext. 4272 for the most up to date information.
Relocated Clinics
All Primary Care, Geriatrics and Extended Care Primary Care, Mental Health, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation outpatient clinics are now held in building 3. Veterans should go directly to building 3 after confirming their appointments.
