Coatesville Veterans Affairs Medical Center
Caregiver Support Program Virtual Resource Fair
Coatesville VA Medical Center hosts a virtual Resource Fair on their website starting September 24. Tap into the available resources to help you take care of your Veteran.
The Caregiver Support Program, as part of their effort to promote the health and well-being of Family Caregivers, has reached out to representatives from within Veterans Affairs and community partners to include the Department of Aging, Alzheimer's Association, American Red Cross, and Medical Foster Home.
The Coatesville team has gathered resources from within VA and their community partners in one location where caregivers can watch recorded presentations, review factsheets, browse flyers and flip through pamphlets as they would normally at a face-to-face resource fair.
The resource fair launches on the same day that these community partners come together for a virtual summit to share information on the available resources, hear about the expansion of the Caregiver Support Program, and take time to identify and discuss any gaps in services for the caregivers of Veterans.
Join the Caregiver Support Program Resource fair at https://www.coatesville.va.gov/services/caregiver/index.asp starting Thursday, September 24.
