Geriatrics and Extended Care
The Coatesville VAMC Extended Care and Geriatric programs provide physical medicine and rehabilitation, transitional care, as well as home and community care. Our Research Education and Dementia Clinic are also a part of this program.
The Transitional Care Inpatient Unit provides assessment, stabilization and rehabilitation in order to prepare patients for placement in other settings, such as, home, community nursing homes, or residential care facilities.

- Testing for early diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease
